PALOMO LAUNCHES CONGRESSIONAL CAMPAIGN, DECLARES WAR ON 44 YEARS OF DERELICTION
Congressional Candidate Ivette Palomo Announces Radical Three-Point Plan to Dismantle the Fourth Branch of Government, Citing 15 Years of Failed Representation
SUMTER COUNTY, FL — April 1, 2026 — Citing fifteen years of a “paper shield” defense by the incumbent, congressional candidate Ivette Palomo today declared the administrative state an unconstitutional tyranny and launched a radical new governing protocol designed to dismantle it.
“James Madison gave us the definition of tyranny 235 years ago: the accumulation of all legislative, executive, and judicial power in the same hands,” Palomo stated. “Today, that definition fits the EPA writing its own rules, enforcing them, and judging the violations. It fits FEMA acting as legislator, insurer, and judge over your property. For 15 years, your representative, Daniel Webster, has not only watched this happen—he has enabled it. Hearings, letters, and committees are a paper shield against a bureaucratic sword. That era ends now.”
Palomo’s new protocol, dubbed the “Strike-Secure Protocol,” is a three-part legislative and executive strategy to forcibly restore the constitutional separation of powers. It includes:
- The REINS Act: To return all legislative power to the people’s elected representatives in Congress by requiring a vote on any major federal regulation.
- An Administrative Independence Act: To strip executive agencies of their judicial power, returning it to Article III courts and ending the practice of agencies serving as their own judges and juries.
- A Bill of Rights Shield: To reassert the first ten amendments as literal, enforceable prohibitions against federal overreach into the lives of families, businesses, and communities.
“We are told we face sixteen separate crises—property insurance, border security, education,” Palomo said. “That’s a lie. They are sixteen symptoms of one disease: the unconstitutional consolidation of power in Washington agencies. We don’t need sixteen bills. We need one root-strike restoration. We will strike at the root of the corruption, and in doing so, secure the kitchen table for every American family.”
The “Strike-Secure Protocol” forms the core of Palomo’s challenge to incumbent Rep. Daniel Webster (FL-11). Her campaign has begun releasing a weekly “Derelictions Dossier” detailing how Webster’s tenure has been marked by performative activity—holding hearings, forming committees, and writing letters—while the structural power of agencies like FEMA and the EPA grew unabated.
“The sentry has been derelict,” Palomo concluded. “He has negotiated our surrender one ‘bipartisan letter’ at a time. My campaign offers no more negotiation. We offer a new command: Strike the Root. Secure the Table.”
